Prior to the day of installation, I had numerous questions that were answered quickly, before I signed any contract. On the day of installation, I was unable to be home but I received multiple calls and texts all day (including pictures) just to keep me updated, easing my mind. They were also very clean and followed up after the job was complete in case I had any additional questions or concerns. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with choosing MACK, and would easily recommend them.
